It's definitely mayo-based, but it wasn't spicy if it was supposed to be spicy mayo and it wasn't thick if it was supposed to be anything else. It was so thin and bland. Very liquidy. Disgusting. They gave me two small cups of it, unfortunately.

"Everything was very good.Tonkotsu Ramen* was perfect and came with an elevated bowl to keep the noodles and broth separate until eating and the pork was more tender than we usually experience with this dish. "The sweet shrimps were quite a bit smaller than when eating inside the restaurant. No wasabi was given to me. Who eats sushi without wasabi? Definitely not the Japanese and this restaurant is supposed to be authentic because they came from Japan. The unagi nigiri was ok. But everything just tasted bland without the wasabi. It's very important you put some wasabi in the bag at least one or two. "
