The Vasto is as good, or better, than the Rome. I like the olive slices and the ground beef better than the meatballs in the Rome. I asked for extra sauce and got it. There was plenty of cheese all over and in this pasta. The noodles were fresh. They weren't mushy and they were cooked al dente.
And once again there was enough for at least another meal if not two.
I have moved recently. I am in-between two pasta restaurants now. I like both of them. However, I would give the edge to House of Pasta. The orders are larger, they have discounts, and everything arrives hot.

What happened to those big fluffy rolls with the ooey gooey caramelized cinnamon dripping down onto the plate? I can make Pillsbury at home. I looked at the desserts as I was deciding what to order; whatever happened to those marvelous pies we used to be able to get? Ever since Covid hit, it's like these restaurants that were some of the best just quit trying. They don't offer the same selections: menus have been pared down to almost nothing; the portions have shrunk considerably; oh, but the prices have been jacked up; and the flavors, well it's like the cooks are in junior high home economics.
