First off, of course, the food is great. I've gotten the hibachi chicken, chicken Fried Rice, and their sushi so far. Portions are huge - they do not skimp on the protein or rice at all. They all taste great and you can easily tell how high quality everything is. On top of that, you can tell they actually care in that kitchen.
