"The pork chop was very good. But definitely not what I expected based on the photo and description. It came breaded and fried. And very spicy. Which I love but not what I thought I was ordering. The picture and description sounds more like a roasted pork chop that's crispy from the roast not crispy from being breaded and fried. And what they mean by fresh herbs are green onion, garlic, and kung pao chili. Again I loved it. Just think people deserve transparency especially when spending $24 a plate. Not much of a fan of the price. A bit too pricy for a pork dish. I probably won't order it again based on the price alone. But if you want breaded and fried pork chops at least now you know what you're ordering. The chow mein is very basic, and so not worth $22!! The hot sour soup is very good. But I ordered it a couple nights ago and it was so good. Price is somewhat decent on this and you get a good amount. However, I ordered it tonight and it's ok but not as good two nights ago. It's different and that makes me disappointed cause when I find a place that makes a good hot sour soup I tend to return a lot for it. But now I'm apprehensive on returning cause of the inconsistencies. So all in all there is lack in consistency, transparency, and food is over priced. But still good."

"This was ok I guess. the Philly Cheese Steak was lacking cheese. The sandwich was smashed into a huge amount of foil and perhaps sitting all day in a hot oven. The bun was crushed, but they did put a lot of meat in the foil package and was seasoned pretty well. If there was more cheese it wouldn't of been so dry."

I used to order from YGF because I liked their malatang . It was tasty and affordable. But lately, the quality has really gone downhill. I paid $18 and got three pieces of beef, one slice of potato, two bok choy, three tiny pieces of Chinese cabbage, two pieces of tofu, one shrimp, and mostly noodles. "I love the Crab Meat and Tomato Noodle Soup! It's a little different from other Vietnamese restaurants. It comes with shrimp paste which gives it an extra umami taste. It's flavorful broth that I just can't get enough of. Five Spice Chicken and Pate is good but I think the filling to bread ratio is a little off. It could use more meat but I love the bread they use. It's not so hard where it hurts the roof of my mouth. I like Combination Ham and Pate a lot more but I feel the same that it could use more meat to even out the filling to bread ratio. Ma Po Tofu Pork 麻婆豆腐 because not only did the container leak super, super bad all over everything in the bag, but it also soaked my white counter top in super oily red sauce even through multiple layers of paper towels and I didn't enjoy cleaning that up at all. Pretty sure the container was busted, but I didn't check before my partner threw it away. The taste of the dish doesn't justify the mess it made.
