• 4/1/23Very disappointed with this experience. The bacon melt had no bacon on it, the nuggets tasted like they'd been under a warmer for 3 hours, they were so dry that they were just a step above crunchy. The same goes for the fries, they were more stale than anything. My bacon king had a singular small slice of bacon on it. I've ordered drive-thru from this location many times in the past and have never had a bad experience, so I'm very disappointed with this.

• 1/31/25the cookies were great but both of my cheeseburgers had burnt meat as well as no onions as I did put that on that I wanted onions.one of the burgers also had up to six pickles which nearly filled the whole Burger and the other one had no pickles

I wish I could have gotten a picture before I thought I could salvage my sandwich. I ordered no mayo, no tomato, no lettuce, but paid extra to add onion rings and BBQ sauce, all of which are printed on my ticket on the bag, even highlighted that changes were made. Gets here with no BBQ sauce, no onion rings, lettuce and tomatoes (which is whatever I can't take those off) what I can't remove is the amount of mayo slathered all I've my sandwich and soaked into the bun. By the time I scraped it all off, I essentially had 3/4 of a chicken patty. Couldn't save the bun, bacon, or cheese. And before I could eat my 3 bites of chicken I paid $10 for, my dog thought I went through all that work for her to eat it. But thankfully I had the cold mozzarella fries to eat.

• 7/24/23Ordered a shake that was $6 they didnt have it and Iwasnt refunded but given a pie and cookies. Nuggets were old and hard but idid order late at night. Burger was good just weird iwasnt refunded for an item they didnt have.

• 3/29/26The food was still hot when it was delivered and tasted great. Everything that was ordered was in the bag. Portions were filled completely. The delivery itself was quite fast as well. Definitely would order again.
