I have always gotten the Black & Blue Burger from them and it is my absolute favorite. However I repeatedly get grilled onions on my burger even when I make sure that the onion option is not checked every time. it's like a game of will it be right or will it come with onions. Today I ordered my usual and added extra blue cheese since last time that was a little skimpy so just said let's add extra. I also either order it med rare or medium depending on my mood that day. well today I selected med rare with the extra blue cheese and made are the onion option was not checked (again). I received it and let's see, the burger was extra well done (the patty actually had black scotched areas), it had onions and there was no extra blue cheese. I can overlook the onions even though picking them off is a pan with the blue cheese. But receiving an extra well burger when I ordered med rare is a deal breaker.

Bacon is just too thick & hard on the edges to eat. it's more like jerky that's thick and stringy. Tomato and lettuce was great on soggy Texas Toast. Best part of the meal were the dang onion rings that chose to upcharge by $2.00. They were actually real onion rings and didn't get soggy.
Why can't they put holes in the top of these to go boxes to keep all the condensa- tion from making every item from being soggy almost?

Paid 2 dollars more for potatoe salad and never got it. my Tomato on my BLT were slimy and very small. Very disappointed.

I was really shocked by the lack of and small size of the tenders that came with the Tender Dinner . We used to order all the time and received a full tray of chicken tenders of great size. I'm disappointed because I love billes but the ordering experience is inconsistent. The Tender Dinner I received mirrors that of a childrens meal. Unfortunately it's been a guessing game when ordering.
