My first and last time ordering. Fries were hot. That was the only positive. Drink smelled and tasted like cleaning products. Chicken fries were cold and the insides of some were still partially frozen.

Gave me a Diet Coke not a root beer burger was cold and was undercooked and they put the cookies in the bag with the warm food so the cookies were melted

that Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had, tender inside and crispy on the outside, they're French Fries we're soggy and cold though.

The cheeseburger I ordered was missing from the bag. It took a very long time to assemble the order; it took about half an hour.
