Not sure why Carl's Jr. can't get it right, I ordered large size and I got medium, I love Carl's Jr. but I need someone to maybe do some coaching on how to read your orders properly. My fry was not filled to the top fry was only filled halfway.

I haven't eaten at Carl's Jr in years & now remember why. their food is gross. hamburger patties are like warmed up frozen pattie. fries are stale. order was made correctly though

the western combo was delicious! fries where hot and fresh perfectly salted, burger cooked beautifully and not a over amount of BBQ sauce. and the drink has the perfect amount of ice. the bacon combo could of been a little better. wasn't bad but a little too much mayo ketchup and alot of lettuce. but the rest of it was delicious!

While I would have liked the bun on the Double Sourdough Star™ to be a bit crispier, it was genuinely the best fast food burger I've had in recent memory. Buttery bun, char flavor on the burgers, tasty sauce, and perfectly cooked bacon made it delicious

Meat on burger was not cooked enough... light brown patties and pinkish inside. Clearly undercooked and not "charbroiled" consistency you expect with Carl's Jr. Chicken strips were perfect. Very disappointed in the the way my burger was cooked.
