"This specific KFC is absolute trash (Mississippi & Chambers). I’ve never had issues with any other location, but this location has been terrible 3/3 times. I knew how quickly my order was ready, I wasn’t getting fresh, hot food, but this was unacceptable. Over $20 for a 5 pc. Tenders Big Box . First time I’ve had my coleslaw packed in the box. Which explains the room temperature fries, but not the skimpiest portion of them. The tenders were tender. So dried out, so tough (even the larger ones). Clearly under a heat lamp for an extended time. I ordered two sauces, my receipt shows I paid for two sauces, but I didn’t get any. This location is a terrible representation of KFC overall. The Cobb salad was a complete disaster and didn’t come anywhere close to what it’s supposed to be. It was missing chicken and eggs, the lettuce was old and wilted, and the tomatoes were spoiled. This was not just careless — it was flat-out inedible.
To make matters worse, when I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager, he told me he “checked on my order” and that everything should have been included. That makes this even more insulting. If the order was actually checked, how did no one notice that the salad was missing major ingredients, made with old produce, and that the sandwich bread was burnt and the fries were barely there?
I am appalled at how far customer service and food quality have declined. We are paying more than ever for food, delivery fees, and service, yet somehow receiving burnt food, missing items, spoiled ingredients, and half portions is considered acceptable. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I will seriously think twice before ordering again.
And yes, that is the salad in my trash because it was so bad and uneatable!"
