This is the best restaurant! Lots of choices 199. Classic Fried Rice is one of the best I have had. 160. Classic Sweet & Sour Prawns were delicious. Not too much batter and the sauce was great. 193. Traditional Eggplant with Spicy Garlic Sauce * just delicious. This place is a well oiled machine.

The walnut chicken is the best thing to ever happen to me and my girlfriend. We cannot get enough of it, we had to set a rule to only order from here on certain pay days cus it's just too good. We had some left over and during my whole shift at work, I just kept imagining that walnut chicken to push me through.
Their chow mein and fried rice are fresh and extremely tasty as well! The fried rice was not too dry, just perfectly right. The veggies in both of these dishes are perfectly balanced with the rest of the meal!

The Classic Fried Rice Classic Fried Rice 各式炒飯 was delicious! I got it on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. What I liked about it was the good-sized chunks of chicken , it was juicy and flavorful. I also liked the fresh scallion that added such a nice contrast to the richness of the rice. There was an ample amount of food; I had it for lunch, dinner, and still had a little left over. I think this is going to be a regular on my list. I will be getting it again in the future. I give this a 10.
My only recommendation is that if you’re like me and like salt or spice, add a bit of your own salt and pepper or sauce. Otherwise, the taste was delicious and very well balanced. I would say authentic as well.

Classic Sizzling Rice Soup 鍋巴湯 way too much white pepper. Few shrimp. Off their game these days which is sad given their excellence years ago. Still loyal but they make it hard. Only occasionally now is it executed as before or consistently.
Didn't order potstickers as wrapper way too thick these days. Chewy. Mass production by machine? Not thin and not elegant pursing.

The wings were pretty average and the stuffed bread was about the same. The sesame chicken was decent, but honestly it was no better than anything I've had at any other run-of-the-mill Chinese restaurant. I wouldn't order here again or recommend it. You can spend half the money at a P.F. Chang's and be equally satisfied. Very unmemorable for a restaurant that claims Michelin star status.
