Never had a bad experience with this Jersey Mikes before so hopefully this is a one off. We paid a lot of money to not get the sandwiches that we ordered, and what we did receive had bread so stale that the top of the bread was separating.

Wrap was good, but the portion size was a lot smaller than usual. I got 2 CC cookies instead of the Brownie I ordered, but the cookies were good!
