"The food was hot and fresh, however, I was disappointed by the lack of beef in my "beef & broccoli". It could just be that it was the end of the day and they gave me what they had, but every time I've ordered it, I get like 4 to 5 pieces of beef and about 10 large pieces of broccoli. It tastes good it's just the ratio is a bit disappointing for the price. No complaints on the honey sesame chicken, orange chicken, or sides though."

It was a whole sub, and half wasn't even cut in the middle of the bread. It looked like whoever made it was new or in a rush because a skinny piece of my bread was shaved off and my contents were thrown on top of the bread like a piece of toast. Lastly, I found morsels of steak on my vegetarian sandwhich, which is not the first time this has happened. I understand there's cross contamination, but the cook should make it a priority to make sure there's no meat in the sandwhich. After the last few times, I got the ingredients to make it myself at home, but I was tired, and baldinos bread is usually much softer than the stores, so I ordered in. Will not be doing again. They'd treat me with more respect if I go in and watch them make my sandwhich."
