I ordered 2 Filet-O-Fish® Meal. The buns were burnt and the fish patties were dry. This is not the first or second time this has happened. I really thought those were flukes. Clearly this is more normal than not.

Out of shamrock shakes so they replaced it with a random yellow icee that was literally only a one inch layer frozen.. my Big Mac had more lettuce than beef and my fries were cold and stale.

They didn't give me a straw for either of my drinks , I paid for a large frie and they gave me a medium. All of my fries were all over the bag when I opened it. And I had absolutely no Ice in my sprite when I got it

One of the worst McDonald's in Cleveland. Lettuce and tartar sauce thrown on sandwich. Fries taste like they were cooked in old grease. Won't order from here again. Disappointing.
