• 6/24/25I usually LOVE Rita's, but my cherry water ice came with jello in it. Like, I'm not sure if it was supposed to be in there but it's odd.

• 3/3/24The Swedish Fish Quart I bought Definitely tasted like it has Splenda or some type of Sugar-Free Sugar in it. It was absolutely disgusting. The Island Fusion was fine.

• 5/20/25We were told time and again that there would be at least one sugar free iceper day. We check every day and maybe once a week there is one option. Diabetic folks would truly appreciate options. Otherwise, you are losing business. Please do better
