Spicy Kimchee broth was perfectly spicy.  Beef belly was fresh & delicious.   Shitake mushrooms are a must.    Vegetables with miso broth gives  a great mix of mild & spicy.    The veggie choices were perfect.   We will make this our go to  shabu/hot pot.   We used a fondue pot (recommended) to pcontrol broth & better cook veggies.

The broth was wonderful. Shiitake mushrooms & beef are the stars of the soup.  Our last order had more veggies: Napa cabbage, carrots & assorted mushrooms.   
Lotus root slices don't get tender after 30 minutes in the boiling broth.  
Wish there was an option to select veggies.

This place is delicious! I've ordered many times on DD & also dined in (fairly empty). The meat is consistently yummy & i love their veggie selection (Lotus Roots, Taro, Corn, Cabbage, Tofu).. I highly encourage everyone to try it!

American Wagy Beef was great, enough fat.  Some of the Assorted Vegetables needed to be cut to make it easier
