"Took a chance and tried this nice establishment, as we were in the mood for some righteous Chow Mein and Chow Fun.
It's hard to find proper Cantonese versions of both. Chow Mein is normally merely passable, with the horrid lo mein noodles raking up space in my gullet.
I was pleasantly surprised by the "craftsmanship" of both. very "wok-hei" when it arrived. Flavor was nostalgic, of SF Chinatown and the old-time Bay Area style of cooking .
The veggies were not my fave, stringy and a bit chewy, but that's ok. I just ate more noodles.
Sometimes I judge a Chinese restaurant by their tomato egg over rice dish. Not bad. A little salty, but it's ok, I just ate more noodles.

"Best Fettuccine Alfredo I've ever had in ages"
"Was excited for Penne alla Vodka as this is one of my favorite dishes, the picture of the dish and looked really saucy and delicious, it came very dry and underwhelming, not a lot of sauce also had mozzarella on top melted instead of Parmesan which I find unappetizing. Garlic bread was odd as well, had melted cheese, onion and jalepenos. Wouldn't order again unfortunately."

"Wow! This is a new late-night joint on DoorDash in the San Jose area, and I have to say I'm super impressed. Prices were really reasonable (for reference, the photos I've included are for half portions of each dish). Everything tasted very fresh, despite me ordering at the crack of dawn right before they closed.
The Vegetarian Soup tasted like a mix of all the veggies and spices they used during the day-- and I mean this in the best way possible. It's delicious in an unexplainable way.
The Veg Momo were excellent - not greasy, but they do have a bit of a kick (spicy). Nothing I found overwhelming or unpleasant, but just wanted to give a heads up.
Schezwan Fried Rice was also very good, not oily, nice spice level, lots of veggies in it.
I think what I liked best was that I felt great after eating the food; nothing felt heavy or greasy or artery-clogging-y. Oh and also they wrapped everything really well, which is always a plus.
