"Back in 2020 or so I visited this restaurant with my family. The owner was there as she was more or less doing everything on her own. Nevertheless she was so personable! She helped us pick out items she thought we'd enjoy based on her actually asking questions about our pallets, she told us wonderful stories, and was simply overall a joy. The restaurant is a little out of my way from home and I usually pack my own lunch for work but I never forgot about this place. So when I saw it on here I knew I had to order! I have no regrets. With simple ingredients this restaurant beats a vast majority of spots we have in this little town. The flavorful brisket paired with the sweetness of plantains and savory beans is easily a comfort meal. I'm so glad to see this place is thriving!"

The pasta was Al dentè and the sauce was perfect. I know it says broccoli, and it is in there. Just don't expect to see whole pieces, what you will see, if you look, is broccoli buds that have been incorporated with the pesto in the Alfredo Sauce. The chicken was grilled and in bite size peices.
Do not expect a bowl as in the advertisement. It comes in a Styrofoam container. I'm very picky about my likes and dislikes. This was very delicious. The portions are on the small side, but it is quite enough to be considered a satisfying meal."
