"Ok, I know the bay area is known for Vietnamese food. I have gone to many. This place is the best Vietnamese food I have ever had! Period! You pick it. I ordered Spring rolls, deep fried rolls, and rare beef PHO. The amount of condiments with the deep fried rolls were Redicoulous. Tons of lettuce, cilantro,basil and mint. Plenty of sauce. My best friend growing up is Vietnamese from Reno, His mother (Nguyen) pronounced Whin, made PHO. It took me back to hers. Couldn't believe the amount of food you get for what you pay for. Normally I would order all this stuff and had no problem eating it. Not today.

What REALLY disapppintment me was the noodles, any banh canh should be FRESH noodles if served at a restaurant... it came with the plasticy rubbery bag udon noddles. My daughtet literally said I'm going to warm this up because the noodles don't taste cooked, I told her they are they are just not fresh. I wanted this dish because of the fresh noodles and I am very disappointment. They made the Dasher wait for over 30 minutes, and when it finally arrived, the noodles were all clumped together, there were barely two stalks of bok choy, the seitan seemed old, and there just four pieces of tofu (which was an extra charge) and they did not send any of the toppings such as bean sprouts, cilantro, lime, which typically come with this soup.
The roti Prata was disappointing as well: oily and overcooked.
