The cream added a light sweetness, but the espresso is the real star of the show. since moving to Butte county I have had a hard time finding a decent cup of coffee. All of the places I have tried up til now in the area either sell coffee that is terribly weak, is drowned out by all the sugars and syrups they load it up with, or the coffee is over extracted leaving it with an acidic quality.
