There was quite a bit of cayenne on the corn on the cob, which was not supposed to be there. The add on avocado for my salad was only 3 thin slices for $1.60. The avocado ranch dressing was ranch with a small chunk of avocado thrown in the cup. None of the dips / dressings were labeled as to what they were.

The food has tons of flavor, the portions are great, and the burritos are nice and big and very fresh.
Oh and the orange colored salsa is sooo good it makes the Burrito Supreme delicious.
We always get the Carne Asada Burrito Supreme every Friday and look forward to it all week!
But most of all the STAFF is some of the most friendly, helpful, people I've encountered anywhere!
The customer service is exceptional.

The fries were disgusting.
They were cold, limp, undercooked or overcooked depending on the fry, and had that nasty texture fries that have sat around for days and then been poorly reheated tend to get. There was no way these had been made fresh more recently than the weekend (it's Wednesday). And there is no way Black Bear would have served these in-restraunt.
Absolutely NOT worth the $7.09 price for a side of fries. Probably 98% of the batch went into the trash, and we still ate too many.
We won't be ordering delivery from Black Bear again."
