"I order take out every Friday and try all different restaurants throughout Fayetteville. Tonight happened to be Main Event. The chicken caesar salad sandwich is absolutely awful. If you happen to order this be prepared to get extremely messy. Have a wash cloth & wear gloves! I only took 3 bites and just couldn't. I hadn't eaten all day so I was starving that's why I took 2 more bites... The bread was hard yet chewy, the dressing was literally pouring out everywhere, and the ingredients just didn't go together at all. I could not tell the difference between the croutons & chicken. The kids cheesburger was like a hockey puck. My daughter took a few bites and was done. The bun was hard and tasted like sugar?! Both of us got fries. They were mushy and tasted old. Just all a round a horrible experience! It's really unfortunate when you spend $30+ on a sandwhic and kids meal and cant even half way enjoy it. I never ever leave reviews but if I can save someone a few dollars and maybe their clothes from getting stained, I'm happy to help! "

After the Empanadas Rellenas (I chose the birria as my protein) I took one bite of the Sopes/ Picaditas (chicken tinga on this one) just to taste and see if I liked and it was sooo good that even when I felt full I couldn't stop eating it. I would also like to add that the tomatoes were perfectly fresh and juicy. Perfect balance of textures and flavors. I wasn't able to get to the Pupusas and Tres Leches Cakes 🍰 (strawberry) but if the beginning 2 items were any indication I'm sure they'll be to die for also. Will definitely be eating their food again and it's moderately priced as well. If you like authentic Mexican food I recommend trying these dishes.
