The Sfogliatelle was more of what I think of as a traditional, softer pastry shell, yet still having a crispy/crunch to the outside. it even comes with fresh slices of strawberry and peach on top. We tried the whipped cream and custard fillings in two different pastries. the fillings aren't your grocery store bakery fillings. they are thicker, creamy homemade fillings. the Lobster Tail is a massive pastry overflowing with filling and toped with a fresh strawberry. if you love fresh pastry I absolutely recommend giving this bakery a chance. The Florida Greens Bagel Sammie was a delight. The spinach and artichoke dip, provolone, and raw spinach on an everything bagel created a creamy and nutritious combination. I decided to add turkey to enhance the flavors, and it was a great decision.
I must commend the Plant Box Co for their attention to detail and the quality of their ingredients. The bagels were fresh and flavorful, and the fillings were generous. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, and the combination of flavors was well thought out.
