If your really hungry it will fill you up if you're just regular hungry you'll be able to save seconds for later that's just my opinion though, everyone's appetite is different. The filet mignon itself had a very liver like flavor to it. The green sauce also was a bit strange. It kind of tasted like it was mayonnaise based and had a bit of sweetness to it. The veggies and rice were cooked well though.
