" I got the 도가니탕 Ox Knee Bone Soup (Doganee-tang) first off, the packaging is terrible. Very difficult to open since it's all wrapped in plastic. Second, the ox knee bone soup barely had any cartiliage. It was mostly chunks of meat instead of tendon. Not what I was expecting for a ox knee soup.
Also, the kimchi looks very old. Super black and spotty pieces of cabbage.
Very disappointing experience. Won't be ordering from the store again. "

However, my order was missing the avocado I paid for — a frustrating oversight that’s hard to overlook when you’re spending $21.82 on a salad.
What really stood out (not in a good way) was the interaction at pickup regarding utensils. There’s no option to request utensils anywhere in the app, and when I asked the staff member, he actually claimed it was against the law to give any out. Not only was that explanation baffling, but he also ignored my attempt to show him there was no option in the app — only to turn around and hand me utensils anyway. A little common sense and basic customer service goes a long way. If you’re going to run a ghost kitchen, at least make sure the pickup experience isn’t this confusing and dismissive.
