Good food, but needs improvement on accuracy and customer service
First, note that Moonbowl is a ghost kitchen, not a traditional restaurant — so don’t expect a sit-down experience. That said, the Crispy Cauliflower Salad tastes absolutely amazing, and the flavor really delivers.
However, my order was missing the avocado I paid for — a frustrating oversight that’s hard to overlook when you’re spending $21.82 on a salad.
What really stood out (not in a good way) was the interaction at pickup regarding utensils. There’s no option to request utensils anywhere in the app, and when I asked the staff member, he actually claimed it was against the law to give any out. Not only was that explanation baffling, but he also ignored my attempt to show him there was no option in the app — only to turn around and hand me utensils anyway. A little common sense and basic customer service goes a long way. If you’re going to run a ghost kitchen, at least make sure the pickup experience isn’t this confusing and dismissive.
The food itself has potential, but these operational issues need serious attention."

"I have had the BBQ Ranch Barbeque Ranch Chicken Salad a hundred times, and this was terrible. There was barely any lettuce, cucumbers, beans and corn in this salad. You can see by the photos that the container is half empty. In addition to being half empty, the lettuce quality was terrible. They gave me the white crispy pieces of the romaine and barely any green parts. I recieved a fast food quality salad, for the cost of $25 bucks. "
