"One iid the best Hot and Sour Soups I've had in the last 20 years. It's been hard to find really good Chinese food in this area in quite some time. The portion of soup was perfect but of course I wanted more. Every vegetable (especially the mushroom (one of my favorite veggies). About to order the soup again and try something new. Glad there are several locations. Hot and Hot and Sour Soup 酸辣湯 Soups I've"
"Not sure how this place has a 4.5 rating, I should have read the recent reviews. Frankly, I have gotten better dumplings from the freezer section of the grocery store. The Mala Soup Dumplings [6] (Spicy Pork) 麻辣豬肉小籠包 were near flavorless, not spicy at all, and half of them were so stuck to the paper in the container, that they ripped open when I picked them up with my chopsticks. Definitely not worth the price."

"I always order the Bulgogi Beef (per pound) and it never fails to disappoint. As a college student when you want to take a break from dinning hall food this is great! I get about 3-4 servings with this!! And the KIMCHI is sooo good!!!"
"First time order. Thought the Spicy Pork Adult Bowl w/ purple rice was perfection (added all the additional spicy condiments & the heat was just right). Also loved the kimchi-spicy crunchy goodness. We blindly ordered the Kids Bowl--it is a great size for the 10 and under crowd. "

"Seoul Sampler was awesome. Nice size drumsticks, the chicken crispy and delicious. The potstickers also delicious, and the street corn creamy, and full of flavor. I will definitely be ordering again"
"I started ordering these wings after having them with friends several times and loving them. Tonight they were almost inedible. The were worse than any chicken wings I've had, and I've had a lot. These in no way resembled what I've had before. No crunch at all and almost no sauce, and those are the best part and why I order them. I was very disappointed. The cucumber salad was amazing but a very small portion for the price. "

"Khao Yum Gai Tod is by fare my fav dish at Kee Mao. The crispy chicken is light crunchy juicy and packed with flavor from Coastal Maryland,, rice with nuoc cham. This dish is magical and packed with flavor. One of my FAVORITE dishes this year. I requested extra spicy, but order MILD, if you do not like spice.. 2 thumbs up!!"
"Super tasty, great portion sizes, incredible flavor, and arrived quickly and still hot. My favorites were the Tofu Khua Khao (vegan fried rice) and the Mango Salad. The former was very classic and satisfying, and the latter was very fresh with lots of bright and Very well-balanced flavors. The Crab Cake tasted great, but was much smaller than expected; the only item I had with a less than impressive portion size. The Mieng Kana Tofu tasted great, though did fell apart a bit during packing or delivery. The Lemongrass Fizz is a bit less "fizzy" than the name may imply, that said it tastes fantastic. It also works perfectly as a pallet cleanser, especially with spice; so if you are someone who struggles a bit with spice this would be a great companion to the spicier dishes. I also ordered the Chocolate Mousse Cake, haven't tried it yet but it was packaged well to hold form during travel, and it looks incredible. Sauces were all in separate containers rather than mixed in, so everything arrived the right consistency, and tasted amazing. In my experience, the Portion sizes are decently large compared to most DC restaurants; an entree + appetizer would serve as a solid 2 meals. First time ordering from here and very happy with the choice. Will definitely be ordering from here again!"

"I haven’t had walnut shrimp this good in over a decade, PLEASE add it to the regular menu! I do appreciate properly sized portions, but this one was a bit TOO small— slightly under what you’d expect for a dish like this, especially at that price point. It’s on the pricier side for a LESS than tapas-style portion, despite how incredible it tasted. I’d order this regularly if the portion were just a bit larger. However, the steamed rice portion was fair, but the price felt insultingly excessive— over $5 for a single serving (with maybe a bite or 2 leftover) would be the ONLY thing that might make me hesitate.. That said, the flavor and presentation were a 10/10, even as a takeout order, it held up really well. Sidenote; I’ve also had the garlic noodles before, and those are just as amazing. You honestly can’t find that flavor anywhere else!"
"I HATE leaving bad reviews, but this was worth noting. Be prepared for deceiving portion sizes. $9 for a $3 portion. Very disappointing. Would not reorder again. Mediocre flavor, sauce was not raspberry"

"Everything was great, still! Great service, friendly smiles, amazingly good food. This place never disappoints! This restaurant makes me hopeful for better days ahead of this pandemic. Kapow on Rice is my go-to order and the Crab Wonton appetizer was yummy too! Also, the staff is always pleasant. This made my entire week. Thank you "
"The food was good, but I ordered medium spicy and there was absolutely no spice. I ordered spicy mayo and asked that they fill it to the top since they charge $1 for it. It was barely half way filled and should've been 50 cents. "

"The pho is great! The way its packed there is enough for 2 bowls full. Thai tea is great too but the boba balls could be better (good quality for a restaurant that doesn't specialize in boba) May need to poke an extra hole in the boba cup so it doesn't collapse in on itself when u drink. They substituted my dumplings for a shrimp roll and I didn't get a notification for it from Doordash???? I don't like those no matter the restaurant so no comment. note: spoon and chopsticks are mine but the restaurant does include them"
"The so called "pho" is not authentic in any way. The spring rolls have the smallest little shrimp I've ever seen and the rice noodles are awful. The bahn mi was the only good thing. Not fresh or authentic. They are clearly cheaping out on quality"

"All the food was amazing. Fluffiest Bbq Pork Bao (Buns) 手工制作叉烧包(2个) I have ever had. The Orange Chicken (Gluten Free) 陈皮鸡 (Gluten Free) had a real orange flavor and a delicious spice to it. Veggie Spring Roll (2) 春卷 (2) were fantastic, so fresh and flavorful. Enjoyed the chance to try Scallion Pancake 葱油饼 and was not disappointed. In terms of value for momey it was a little pricy but the quality was great. Bao came with two not the three pictured, but the taste/texture overrode any surprise I had there."
"Unfortunately my experience was less than enjoyable. The Lo Mein 捞面, while the portion was decent, the flavor was missing. The dish was very bland overall. Extremely disappointing. The Veggie Wonton In Scallion Sauce (6) 素馄饨 (6)were more or less just a mouthful of sauce. The Mango Slush 芒果味冰沙was the best thing that I ordered, unfortuately they put it in the paper bag, and the the drink sweat through and almost fell out of fhe bag! Overall... unfortunately...DO NOT RECCOMEND... "

"Really enjoyed Big Daddy Hawaiian BBQ! The food had great flavor, portions were good, and the prices were reasonable. The sauces were definitely a highlight too. Overall, really good food for the price! I’d definitely order again ."
"Wildly disappointing. Mac salad was wack. Calling it grocery store mac salad would be kind. The chicken was so tough it was inedible. Shrimp was breaded and fried but somehow still tasted unseasoned. Corn salad tasted like it was straight from a can. Coconut rice was bizarre but probably the best thing on the plate. (Usually I think of rice cooked with coconut milk but they just had shaved and toasted coconut flakes in the rice). I saw some people complain about portion size but honestly I thought the portions were big, the food was just trash."
