"Wow! We've had some pretty subpar Indian on Door Dash and this is by far the best Indian food I've had in a long time! I called to ask if they could make the Aloo Gobi extra spicy and it was perfect. The Samosa Chaat was a perfect blend of spicy and sweet and the Chicken Tikka Masala was everything you'd want it to be.

"The amount of food I got, for the price I paid? Almost feels like a steal! The food was delicious! Ive never had chicken biryani before and i loved it! A bit spicy, very flavorful and definitely filling! They had whole bone in pieces of chicken so careful when taking a bite. Absolutely perfect balance of flavors and my taste buds have relished each and everything I ordered - Vegetarian Daily Special (Veg Kofta and Rajma) were awesome and it was nice to have Homely Tawa Roti Side. Mix Vegetable Pakoras were fabulous, although I fell short of the chutney and a slice of onions could have made the meal complete, however no complains and full marks from my side. "The tiki chaat was covered in yogurt which is not advertised anywhere on their page. It's not mentioned on their website menu either. I scraped off a good chunk of these dishes because I didn't want to deal with an upset stomach from the dairy.

I'm so tired of restaurants with highly processed naan from a frozen mass market bag. What's the point if it's not freshly baked. We should only be paying $1 for it. Only Shalimar gets that right char and tandoor Butter Naan which is completely gummy and needs to be toasted at home a little. Nothing out of the ordinary. Meh on the whole cuisine. "I was looking forward to the food because of all the great reviews! I ordered delivery due to recovering from a medical procedure. I wanted to treat myself because of having gone through all that.
The chicken biryani is supposed to come with a whole Cornish hen --- it literally says this on their menu. The TINY container only included a quarter of that. It was so sad-looking. I had imagined that even if they couldn't fit the whole hen, that they would maybe split it into at least two containers? I would've expected more for a menu item that cost $32. It was also supposed to include garlic raita, which was nowhere to be seen.
I also got the much-raved-about Alleppey fish & prawn curry ($34), which similarly left much to be desired. The gravy here actually didn't taste that different from the biryani's korma sauce.
Disappointed in what feels like lesser quality and care when it comes to folks who aren't able-bodied enough to eat at the restaurant. If you're ordering to-go/delivery, definitely DO NOT order the chicken biryani or the fish and prawn curry. You'll wish you saved the money/Doordash credits. I don't think I'd order from here again.
