"This is what the Chirashi looks like when u get it in store. I was actually very surprised when it came to me at home because I have ordered from several sushi places on DoorDash. They all skimp out on some aspect or mess up the order. I was very impressed with this order from Kansai. The piece sizes were generous and thick. The tuna was a little bit small but the salmon seemed to be a little bit larger and thicker to compensate. As a regular at Kansai, their doordashing does not dissapoint either. "

My husbands face lit up when he took his first bite of the 38. Sushi Pizza Roll. The fish is very fresh and it has a beautiful presentation. Asaka is definitely our new go to spot. "I have ordered the sashimi plate multiple times and have always been pleased by the quality and huge portion. But tonight I was disappointed with the quality of the fish. Except for the tuna, the fish was mushy and almost fell apart when biting into it. I don't know if perhaps it had been previously frozen but it was definitely below the usual standard.

The Salmon Donburi was super fresh, with a good amount of pieces of salmon sashimi and mounds of rice. It came with a tiny salad with AMAZING dressing-- like a carrot, sesame? and loads of ginger and wasabi. The miso soup was particularly delicious. "I was looking forward most to the Philly roll I ordered. Unfortunately it didn't arrive. A different roll came instead. The quality of fish was great but this item wasn't what I ordered. Door dash refunded the item but I really want d that specific item so it put a damper on my order.
