Except for the tuna, the fish was mushy and almost fell apart when biting into it. I don't know if perhaps it had been previously frozen but it was definitely below the usual standard.

"For some reason, the Crab King Rollš¦ č¹ēęå· had kind of a soapy taste when you ate the crab. It tasted like the crab wasn't fresh. Also, the special sauce is spicy. I would expect sauce that was spicy to be labeled as spicy in the description. The Lion King Rollš¦ ē®åēå· also was unexpectedly spicy. It makes sense that they use the less fresh seafood in their cooked rolls with flavorful sauces- so the lack of freshness is less noticeable.
The rolls were mushy and difficult to eat with chopsticks without them falling apart. Each roll comes with ginger and wasabi packaged with the roll, not in separate containers, so if you don't like either of those flavors, you might have to skip one or two of the pieces from each container. The rolls are decently sized, too bad I don't care for the taste. Will not order again."

"There's no 3.5 or else, that's what I would've given it. Pros: roll size pretty big, thick cuts of sashimi and nigiri, fish taste fresh, and reasonable prices. Cons: The Miso Soup soup lacked flavor to me, it really taste like nothing. The Seared Salmon Nigiri with Lemon was missing the lemon. If you're advertising something, it should come as is. Also, the cut of salmon on my Titanic was terrible. So chewy, not good at all! The packaging could be better, they put a blob of wasabi in between the rolls that almost looked like avocado. Just be cautious."

The best order (in my opinion): half sushi rice and half mixed greens, spicy tuna and salmon, all the toppings that you can get for free, and a mix of the black unagi sauce and the siracha aioli. It won't disappoint. Don't bother with the sushi burritos, other restaurants have as much better ones.
However, they are pretty bad about getting your order details wrong (accidentally not adding ingredients, etc.) its also pretty over priced for what it is. But it's healthy and

"Love this place. Today the rolls were poorly made - very tasty, as always, but a little sloppy, a two rolls were missing an ingredient. I'm hoping it means a new chef is in training so they can continue to offer their usually perfect food to more customers.
