"I got the Traditional Breakfast and I ordered over easy eggs, bacon, extra crispy hash browns and no bread. When I got my order delivered I opened it up to see that I did get bread- thankfully it was in a separate container as it is an allergy issue. My eggs had no seasoning and my yolk was no longer in the eggs. My hash browns were screaming for some seasoning. My hash browns were definitely not crispy. The only pieces that were "crispy" were the frozen parts- which was quite a bit. Unfortunately this has happened the last time I ordered as well but confused as I have dined in and had no issues with the meal.... well that's a waste of my money. Sorry didn't get a picture of the food before I tossed it in the garbage. The bacon was the only thing worth eating..."

"The chilaquiles are generously served with meat, and the sauce has a great flavor. They were slightly dry, but the taste is excellent. The combo of gorditas comes with rice and beans. The gorditas are freshly made, generous with meat and cheese. The only thing I would change is the sour cream and vegetables—I would serve them on the side because reheated they don’t taste the same. The tacos have very tasty tortillas and the portions are good. I highly recommend it."

"Ok, this might be the best Mexican joint in Corvallis. I've gotten Taquitos Dorados from multiple places in Corvallis/Albany and these are the best. Chicken wasn't dry, tortillas perfectly crispy and light. Good homemade guacamole and salsa Verde. Mexican rice can sometimes be an after thought but this stuff hits. Moist, flavorful, and not overly dry or soggy. No grains of rice stuck together. Pairs well with their beans too, which have a good consistency. The meat on the Aldo’s Platter was well cooked. Carnitas was the big surprise. Most carnitas I have had have chunks of fat that ruin the experience. This was moist but lean without chunks of fat. Tender and delicious chicken and steak as well. You gotta check this place out!!"
