It was wrapped carelessly in the bag, the sauce I ordered was missing, and the overall service was awful. The portion of actual meat was disappointing, and the quality didn’t seem fresh at all. I ended up throwing the sandwich away. Total disappointment. I definitely won’t be ordering this item again."

There was a lot of mustard bbq sauce sauce on everything and that was the only flavor you could get besides air and this plastic/gas aftertaste. Not worth the money like I thought. There was barely any chicken too, mostly skin and it was pretty light of a plate for a large size. They don't use flat containers so it's kind of like when brands create weird packaging for food to give you less."
