I used to work at Wendy's In the mid 2000s and I loved their food, I never got sick of it even though I worked there every day, Now, everything is 3 times more expensive, 1/3 the size it used to be, and less overall quality. His reply, "the sandwich comes open-faced". I replied, I understand that, but there are no additional toppings - just the few steak bites (about 8 pieces) and a small piece of bread! NOTHING else. He said, "thanks for letting me know - I'll let DoorDash know to update the site to not include the options to customize. Have a good night."
He then hung up. NOTHING else - didn't even try to offer a solution or any type of customer service! I don't know - I have never wrote any type of review like this - but I felt it is important to let others know that this place and the management don't really seem to be concerned about the quality of their food or having any type of repeat customers.
I do not recommend this restaurant, and I hope that upper management or owners realize that the quality of food and customer service needs some serious attention. "
