"The steak "sandwich" is not a sandwich! Yes. it is described as "open-faced". I completely understood that when I ordered. When ordering, it gives you customize options to REMOVE arugula, lettuce, tomato, onion, horseradish sauce, bun, etc. I opted for no arugula or horseradish. (I expected to have lettuce, tomato, and onion). The order came with a few steak BITES in foil (this is good so the bread does not get soggy). However, it was served with this steak in foil and a SMALL piece of sourdough bread. NOTHING else (for $20). I ordered sweet potato fries as the side. It came with the fries and some onion rings. (OK - no big deal). The breaded mushrooms ($14) are overcooked - they look burnt and are inedible! I called the manager - spoke with Adam.
His reply, "the sandwich comes open-faced". I replied, I understand that, but there are no additional toppings - just the few steak bites (about 8 pieces) and a small piece of bread! NOTHING else. I do not recommend this restaurant, and I hope that upper management or owners realize that the quality of food and customer service needs some serious attention. "

The chips and salsa were delicious! The Cheese Dip is what you would expect of a liquid white cheese dip. Flavorless, runny, and small.
