I had also ordered it with chili. truly gluttoness. was so excited until I saw that my 2.50 in chili was 3 tiny sample containers you know the tiny lidded black ones that hold about a quarter size maybe a tea spoon. so my giant side of tater came with three tea spoons of chili. it was not moist either dont know how such a tiny quantity would be. skip the chili it was mid and really didnt have any anyways. that was the only disappointment. otherwise great will call it 4 stars for excellent burgers minus one for tiny chili if it was the dollar add on I get the tiny amount but its 3 bucks so id like at least a ladel hell charge me 5 or 10 I just want a fair portion."

"The steak "sandwich" is not a sandwich! Yes. it is described as "open-faced". I completely understood that when I ordered. When ordering, it gives you customize options to REMOVE arugula, lettuce, tomato, onion, horseradish sauce, bun, etc. I opted for no arugula or horseradish. (I expected to have lettuce, tomato, and onion). The order came with a few steak BITES in foil (this is good so the bread does not get soggy). However, it was served with this steak in foil and a SMALL piece of sourdough bread. NOTHING else (for $20). I ordered sweet potato fries as the side. It came with the fries and some onion rings. (OK - no big deal). The breaded mushrooms ($14) are overcooked - they look burnt and are inedible! I called the manager - spoke with Adam.
His reply, "the sandwich comes open-faced". I replied, I understand that, but there are no additional toppings - just the few steak bites (about 8 pieces) and a small piece of bread! NOTHING else. He said, "thanks for letting me know - I'll let DoorDash know to update the site to not include the options to customize. Have a good night."
He then hung up. NOTHING else - didn't even try to offer a solution or any type of customer service! I don't know - I have never wrote any type of review like this - but I felt it is important to let others know that this place and the management don't really seem to be concerned about the quality of their food or having any type of repeat customers.
I do not recommend this restaurant, and I hope that upper management or owners realize that the quality of food and customer service needs some serious attention. "

"The Veggie Spring Rolls and the Spicy Crispy Chicken Wontons were delicious! Hot, fresh, and the wontons were flavorful. The Mongolian Beef Dinner/w rice (I got noodles instead) was pretty bad. It doesn't look like the photo and the beef is chewy and the flavor of the sauce is bad. I don't want to take another bit to describe it better. The noodles were also pretty gross; kind of tasted like an old pan.
