The pancakes were suppose to be my desert. Brandon the manager was very nice when I called to complain and he offered to replace them the next time I visit. DoorDash gave me a partial credit. Gotta love Door Dash! I havent been to IHOP in a while and I have always been satisfied when dining there. I will continue to be a customer considering. "So the food was delicious, all the ingredients tasted fresh. The non-meat toppings on the burger were brightly colored and flavorful, hallmarks of great produce. The fries were well-seasoned and perfectly crispy. (We ordered extra crispy, so cannot speak about the regular preparation).
The only criticism I have is related to packaging. The burger came in a wrapper that is folded as a pocket, which was great for holding the sandwich while eating it. However, part of it is exposed to other contents of the order in the bag, so the napkins included were stuck to the cheese. Not a deal-breaker at all, but I would say maybe trying out different methods of packing the bag would help with this. "
