The box of Kraft Macaroni and cheese would rank far better and I very much dislike that product! The Pork Sausage Links were very oily and very salty. They left off my two pancakes. The pancakes were suppose to be my desert. Brandon the manager was very nice when I called to complain and he offered to replace them the next time I visit. DoorDash gave me a partial credit. Gotta love Door Dash! I havent been to IHOP in a while and I have always been satisfied when dining there. I will continue to be a customer considering. "Well, you could tell the shrimp was old and also the chicken they may have dipped it again in the fryer for it to be warmed up, but you could tell it was old. It was not fresh. The hush puppies were but not the chicken or the shrimp the root beer was amazing as always this is the only time I've ever had it like this normally long John Silvers is always very fresh and really great quality so maybe they were just busy or maybe a couple people called out I don't know, but I still love long, John Silvers"

"I love shrimp and grits and I ordered it once while dining in the hook restaurant. They were delicious except for the shock of the tails being left on the shrimp! Who does that?
I didn't complain or send it back because I was at dinner with my son. So when I placed the door dash order for shrimp and grits delivery,I was sure to send instructions to "remove the tails from the shrimp ". Fortunately they did so,but I received a Styrofoam cup of grits (minus the cream sauce,)and a container filled with hush puppies and 4( FOUR!) shrimp! They were big and no tails,but I would love to have more.I am not one of those people who whine and bitch about everything and I realize that things happen but I am disappointed and will not be ordering it again.I guess I will have to reach out to palmetto Smokehouse for delivery next time.I don't recommend the hook for shrimp and grits delivery."

The Cheese Dip Large tastes really good and is actually quite large. The amount of chips the give you is not proportional. Only one bag for the whole order. I also ordered the Chimichanga Fried and fried chicken burritos. I received two orders of the burritos instead. The flavor was ok but it was just a slop mess. They load so many wet toppings on top of the fried items and turns it all to mush. Kind of disappointing. Will stick to my usually place down the street."

"I don't think this Saint guy understands that from the time they finish cooking it, the dasher has to get there, wait in line, pick up the order, and drive it how ever far of a distance it is, most likely in Air conditioning, to get to the customer, so if its not warm, its not the stores fault, or even the driver. quit being entitled and get up and go get your own food if you want it right when it's finished. as for the store and the food, both are amazing, seasoned well, meat in the Alambre and the Tex Mex plate were tender and cooked perfectly, the tortillas they made were awesome and my wife really enjoyed her 3 birria tacos and said it's her new favorite plate from this location, and our order was fresh and warm and they had to drive over 20 miles to deliver it. I order from here rather than restaurant that's 5 minutes from me just because of how good their food is."
