The broth tastes sweet which is what most typical pho restaurant broth tastes like but overall it's a pretty boring flavor. If I could make it different I would definitely make the broth flavor stronger, possibly with stronger extract from the beef bones for a more meaty flavor or more spices for a more spicy flavor. "The pork vermicelli noodle plate was absolutely delicious!!! I was going to take a picture before I started eating. But it smelled and looked soo good I couldn't stop myself. I can't wait! I honestly have never had vietnamese food this bland and Ive had a lot of it. This is also the only bun (rice vermicelli) I've ever had with bland boiled pork instead of grilled pork. The egg rolls were bland and the sauces were all bland.
