We ate 4 little pieces of a 9" pizza (about 12 bites of food), and the rest was tossed away. Even tried to crisp the pizza up, but it was so thin and soggy it wouldn't work. I could even overlook that, sometimes a pizza just doesn't cook right, and really it was one "off" pizza after years of good ones. But getting the Bavarian Pretzel replaced with a cookie, when it could have been wings or anything else, really seems like it was because it was the item with the next largest profit margin. 2 days later and it's still on the menu"
