Kids like to enjoy later as snack. Choconana also a fave so we get a 2nd stack. We always have our order cooked as requested and no errors. They include condiments and napkins etc as we like. Food is always packed well and with care to ensure our meals arrive in perfect ready-to-eat fashion . They seal the bag for hygiene during transport. "The Nacho Abuela's Nachos were embarassing! They came in a paper box 10 stale, greasy chips. The toppings were all mixed together in a plastic bowl and werent even hot! There was so much cheese and topping sludge but no chips to put it on!

"I received my 2 orders of longanisa which is advertised as a full silog meal - including egg and rice and vinegar. I only received the longanisa and the vinegar.
Called the restaurant and spoke with a woman who was quick to tell me I only ordered the sides of longanisa. I said no I ordered the full meal and that the photo and description said it included rice and egg. She insisted that they already updated the info on Door Dash and that I didn't update the app. My app was already up to date and I doubled checked the description and photo.
Since she was quick with a prepared answer and did not try to resolve the issue, I'm inferring that this comes up with other customers.
I'm leaving 2 stars bc it tastes good and turnaround was quick, but false advertising to skimp on customers for more money is just shady to me. I essentially paid $18 for 6 longanisa at $3 each . Would love to support a local business but will not be returning here."

"The tuna melt was nice and flaky with the crust and butter melted on it. The tuna is a generous portion. I find it a little lackluster could use a little more black pepper, and maybe some sweet relish, but overall not bad, and the patty melts have a strong flavor with the onion and rye but definitely not a bad combination, the cheese is melted to perfection and also has a very nice crisp to the bread but if you're looking for something more substantial, I'd recommend getting more than one or have it in a meal because it's a little bit on the smaller side."
