The oil was soaked into the dough of all our raised donuts, to the point where we could see the puddled layers of oil saturating the center of the donuts. It was like the oil wasnt hot enough when they added the donuts, so it had time to soak into the dough before the dough on the outside could cook. I didn't mind that the chocolate glaze was strangely matte, but it didn't taste like chocolate at all. The old fashion I received was so thin, it looked like an oversized onion ring. "My iced coffee was received in good condition with minimal melting. Really good, smooth cold brew.
