When I called to complain, the young receptionist was flip and unapologetic and told me to have a goodday. i felt unheard and disrespected. Taste good- but literally get a couple spoonfuls of broth then it's gone- none to use in the rice- and it comes with two scoops of rice.. for what? IDK. Bistek wasn't very tender or flavorful... cooked at a high temp too quickly or wasnt marinaded longenough or something.
