The noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce used on this bowl meal was so yummy. I'm not a fan of ginger in Asian foods but the very mild hint of ginger in this sauce blended in perfectly and I can definitely say I prefer it in this dish. The steak was tender and tasty so the meal was a big hit! And the best part is that it comes in a large bowl so there is plenty of all ingredients to satisfy, especially for just under $20"
