I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

"My husband and I love the curries here - he gets the Red Curry, I get the Panang Curry. They have so much flavor...we'd been looking for something like this for a long time! I choose the Panang because I simply can not eat peppers or onions. My only complaint is that while it only has green beans and carrots in it, I am always surprised how FEW of each are in the dish (once, there were 9 green beans). I wish I could add other veges, like mushrooms, even at an additional charge. Back to positive: their Spring Rolls are excellent. They used to send them out in a closed container, which made them soggy. But Thai Lom adjusted and now uses an open paper bag, which keeps them crispy. Delicious! "

The only item I wasn't a huge fan of, sadly, is also 1 of my personal favorites - the Tom Kha (Coconut) Soup. It was too thin/watery, not as flavorful as the other items - and to only give 3 shrimp in a $9 (+ taxes and delivery fees!) soup that didn't taste all that great to begin w/ added insult to injury. I will tell you we have eaten here and tongs probably 80 times in the last 15 years and only had 2 bad meals. sadly tonight was one of them."

"The dim sum and appetizers here are homemade, not out of a box of frozen ones from GFS. The "Mushrooms" dinner with chicken is basically Moo Goo Gai Pan, and tasted the same as any other I get.
