"The Lemon Shortcake was so light and scrumptious it was like a cloud!
The Mini Tiramisu was decadent, it was so rich. One, maybe two mouthfuls but absolute perfection!
The Mini Ricotta Cheese Cannoli was lusciously creamy with a crisp, crunchy cannoli that was yummy!
The Mini Eclair was as good as it looked. The Mini Strawberry Cheesecake and the Mini Pineapple Cheesecake were creamy and very good and the whole top was covered with the fruit. My favorites were the shortcake, tiramisu and ricotta cannoli, but there wasn't a loser in the whole bunch! I loved the minis because I could get a nice sampling variety."
