"I ordered the NEW Dubai Chocolate Pancakes - (Full Stack) with a coffee. The pancakes were absolutely delicious! To me, I skipped the butter because it was already topped with that green Dubai dressing and chocolate, and I ALWAYS put butter on my pan . But these pancakes didn't need it! "The chicken pie was not golden, it was completely burned, dark brown, and bitter. The empanadas arrived burned and extremely dry inside, and to make things worse, one of them was missing a portion, clearly incomplete. This shows a total lack of respect for the customer.
There is absolutely no excuse for serving food in this condition. Not the weather, not high demand, nothing justifies delivering burned, poorly prepared food. This reflects zero quality control and zero commitment to customer satisfaction.
It is unacceptable to pay for food that does not meet even the most basic standards. This was my first and last time ordering from this place"

They are very professional in how they handle the food as well , putting the food neatly where it belongs. I order mango with lime every single time. Haven't missed a visit yet without my carefully cut up mango. Maybe my one request about that would be can u put one more piece of lime with it, I feel like one is not enough. Moving on packaging is key, they ALWAYS staple the bag down very , very well. You will very easily see if it was tampered with, which makes it easier on my anxiety lol. The prices were more expensive and they didn't even text when it was delivered so it sat out for 20 minutes and got cold. The 16.00 taco salad contained about a cup of romain, 4 ounces of chicken, 1/2 cup of guac, 1/4 cup salsa, and 3 (!) corn chips and came in a 7.5 inch shallow circular tin.
