"Good portions and freshness. I did not like the the internal sogginess of the French toast. The blueberry pancakes were good size and fluffy. The country potatoes were nicely seasoned but would've ordered them crispier. The maple syrup and butter packaging was an adorable surprise. The bagel reminded me of somethingthat comes in a pack of 8; as small and flavorless. The lox were grocery store quality, probably store brand. There are so many excellent places to have a good lox bagel in the area. This is a hard pass and I am still hungry 😕"

"The poached eggs were perfect but the home fries... the home fries are not good. You should cook them a little more and for some reason they taste sour... I had everyone in my house try them and we all agreed about the taste. The first time I ordered the home fries they were perfect, lightly brown with a little crunch and no sour flavor. But the last two orders they are sour and I just end up throwing them out since the ketchup cannot overpower the sour taste. I have no problem taking down the review if you work on the homefries. "

Placed a rather large order with a variety of items such as 6 Bagels, Single Bagel, Hamantaschen (Single), Danish, cream Plain Cream Cheese (8. oz), Kupel's Cookies, Cleveland Circle with a special instruction on the Cleveland Cleveland Circle to cut it in half. The entire order was perfect, including the special treatment of the sandwich. Often times large orders placed on door dash have one or more issues with them but this was not the case for Kupel's Bakery. They meticulously made sure everything was in the order and packaged it well. Additionally all of the food was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this merchant."
