"Pork Tamale and Chile Relleno Combo. The rice and beans were good. The chile relleno was good. The chile was bright green, still had some crunch, heat and was probably prepared from fresh. However the tamale was not good. The pork was dry, the masa was tasteless, very thick and dry. Fresh made tamales have a thin layer of masa, not a layer of wall paste. It left me with the distinct suspicion that it was a cheap commercial frozen product and not prepared by Rose Cafe. I'm unlikely to order from Rose Cafe #2 again."
