At this price point, it's not really an acceptable swap to make. There are several other more similar types of pasta on the menu that could've been used if they were out of tagliatelle. If something is sold out, you can indicate such in the app. If you dont want to make something properly because it's approaching closing, turn off online orders sooner. If you arent capable or willing to do these basic things, then dont accept online orders. "
