"Have had a wonderful experience ordering from Bagel House lately. I'm disabled and not able to drive, so DoorDash is a bit of a lifeline for me. Due to that, I get very frustrated when things go wrong with my orders, because I'm not able to just drive and get it fixed; I have to place a new order and pay extra to get the items I was supposed to get in the first place, or pick a different item that I don't really want, because DoorDash doesn't let you cancel the order even if what you've ordered is out of stock. A few months ago, several times when I'd ordered the specific bagel I liked, after I placed and paid for the order, I would get a notification that the item I ordered was out of stock and had to pick something else. I left a google review venting my frustration, and I'm not sure if that made any difference or they've just increased the supply of bagels they make every morning due to increased demand, but lately I've gotten the bagel I wanted every single time. I'm very happy with the improvement, and I updated my google review as well. The cinnamon crunch and honey walnut Bagel & Shmear is my go-to item, and my boyfriend & I love the 24 oz Shaken Brown Sugar Iced Latte :) Bagel House has quickly become one of my absolute favorite places to order breakfast, and I tell my friends & family about it as well. A local gem :)"
