"I am so glad they brought back their Wedding Soup! It is one of the best soups I've ever had. I wish they offered it in a quart size and the Parmer location also offered the Spaghetti Carbonara like the original location (hint, hint). They also have a few new items as well, and I tried the Chicken Meatballs which were tasty. However, the Fedelini Pachino was bland and dry. I fixed it by adding some of the olive oil dipping sauce that came with the bread. The focaccia was also a bit undercooked and not golden on top like normal. There was only one container of dipping oil and one container of grated cheese for the entire order, which was not enough. However, the Kids Pizza was fresh and tasty as was the Sand Tart and Pignoli Cookie. I consider Mandola's the GOAT for Italian food in Austin and have been a customer since they opened in The Triangle back in the day. I was sad when the quality started declining (I too had two bad tasting oily breaded chicken dishes as others have mentioned). I can tell they are making an effort to get back to the good, consistent quality of Italian food that I enjoy. I will order again."

He's making your order now. ..... fast forward. Now we got our bag and I'm experiencing DEJAVU because the bag is ONCE AGAIN TO SMALL FOR WHAT WE ORDERED. We go thru the bag to discover THE ENTIRE BACON ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER COMBO is missing. Along with the tacos. She apologized and offered a slice of cheesecake for the trouble. A SLICE OF CHEESECAKE.... REALLY????? Ok. She asked what we were missing and explained that it looks like it isn't all there because they were out odd boxes for the munchie meal. Meanwhile there's a stack of boxes TALLER THAN HER RIGHT BEHIND HER. STRIKE5. She ranked the order in her head and confirmed we were missing A BURGER..... really... we were missing the whole meal. We discovered the tacos were missing from the bag also.... but this time she didn't come back to the window in a couple minutes.....
