I ordered at 7:09pm with a pick up time of 7:33pm. When I got to the store just after my pickup time, they informed me that it would likely take 20 more minutes. I ended up having to waiting an additional hour. I got my food at 8:30pm. Many other people were waiting a long time for their food. They ended up giving me 2 free sodas and a cake.
